REMEMBERING OUR NEIGHBOR CARROLL COBBS ON HIS PASSING
The last photo of Carroll Cobbs taken on Dec. 25, 2007 with his wife, son and family
Carroll Cobbs passed away on January 18, 2008 after a recent illness.
Mr. Cobbs formerly worked as Radiation Health Physicist for the University of Washington while completing his Master's in Bioengineering, and later briefly for the WA State Department of Radiological Health.
He was working on a Ph.D. in Psychology at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center. The foci of his doctoral studies at Saybrook were Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) and Transpersonal Psychology as utilized in spiritual and physical healing processes.
Mr. Cobbs was an associate of Dr. Henry Lai at the University of Washington. Dr. Lai is the acclaimed UW Research Professor noted for his work on the biological effects of electromagnetic fields. Together, they provided a very restrictive test plan for cell providers in San Juan County, WA. called "The Cobbs Protocol". While working briefly for the Washington State agency for radiological health, that agency bypassed the Cobbs Protocol and instead adopted the federal position for cell providers, which states there is no legal or legislative challenge which can be mounted against them.
Mr. Cobbs is survived by his wife Erika Winter Cobbs, a son who recently served in the U. S. military in the Middle East, daughter-in-law, grandson, two daughters from a previous marriage and a step-daughter. He was a resident of Rainier.
Carroll's daughter Adrienne 23, Amy (step-daughter) 18, & daughter Vanessa
Memorial information is pending.
We wish Carroll well on his next adventures!

I will miss Carroll Cobbs and look for him elsewhere. He added so much knowledge to our world. Carroll also has twin daughters who are a few years younger than his son, Christopher, and who share the same Mom, Joanne.
We will all miss your laughing eyes, quiet smile, and brilliant mind.
Godspeed, Carroll! Here's to your next wonderful adventure!
Thanks for adding that about the girls. They stayed by Carroll's side until his crossing and he knew he was adored by them.I'm trying to get their picture added. Carroll was a wonderful man and a wonderful spirit who was loved by many and will be missed all. He was a treasure that added to the light of this world.
Thanks for this posting.
I was touched by his presentation and gentleness. I was searching out his name via Google as I wanted to make contact with him, and am devastated -was it an accident? The world has lost a being of gentleness. I wish his family much warmth and strength at this time of loss.

My sister told me about this page. We knew Carroll over 30 years ago in California. I really liked him and am sad to hear that he's gone. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
