NEW MILESTONE REACHED IN WESTERN WASHINGTON

"It's the wettest November in Western Washington on record. But now we have also reached a new milestone: wettest month ever.

KING 5 meteorologist Jeff Renner said Sea-Tac Airport recorded the record for wettest month at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday at 12.94". By 10 p.m., the number was up to 13.05". The previous records was recorded at 12.92" in January 1953,"
quoting KING-5 News.

Olympia Regional Airport recorded 16.57 inches of rain as of 11:59pm November 21, breaking the preivous November all-time record of 15.51 inches set in 1962. January, 1953 marks Olympia's wettest month in history at 19.84 inches.
